Belvedere Chalets was formed in 1999, with the owners
of Chalets Guanaco, Valentine and Le Petit Ours. These
three luxury chalets, in the much sort after resort
of Méribel, in the Savoie region of France, offer
a standard of comfort, style and service rarely seen
in the Alps. Moguls, a contemporary and stylish chalet,
in the same exclusive area of Méribel, joined the
Belvedere Chalets stable in 2003. Belvedere Chalets
was the inspiration for, and is now the flagship of
Belvedere Properties.
Belvedere Properties now has a small selection of
beautiful houses in Morocco, Kenya and Barbados. Although
differing in every way, the properties have the same
important qualities; they have style and comfort and
are fully staffed by dedicated professionals.
Belvedere Properties offer a hands-on quality service
to both their clients and the owners. They select
their properties very carefully and deliberately keep
the number small. They know all the properties well
and pride themselves on the honesty and reliability
of their service.
